Massage Therapy

With over 10 years of experience with Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Neuromuscular therapy, Trigger Point, Swedish, and Geriatric massage modalities, we're confident our training and experience will meet your needs.

Not all massages are created equal

Your initial visit will include a structural analysis as well as in depth discussion about your lifestyle, postural habits, and other factors affecting your musculoskeletal system. This analysis helps determine what method(s) of massage and cupping are recommended for that session.  Afterward, different techniques may be more appropriate for subsequent sessions.

Your ongoing dialogue with your therapist will ensure each session is tailored to your specific needs.

Additionally, integrating cupping into most every massage produces pain relief that, clients report, lasts longer than traditional massage therapy alone.

Cupping: More than a red dot

Many people had not heard of cupping before it was spotlighted during the 2016 Summer Olympics in Brazil. Conspicuous large red dots on members of the U.S. swim team brought Cupping to the forefront for millions of people. The media speculated on all ends of the spectrum, even going as far as to infer Cupping might just be the latest "fad" of Olympic stars.

Cupping may be new to a lot of people but this eastern healing art has been practiced over 3,500 years. Indigenous peoples worldwide have demonstrated knowledge of the benefits of negative atmospheric pressure on various areas of the body.

Your first massage will include a discussion about your body's fascial system and how Cupping works to relax, loosen, and "unwind" areas of painful fascial restrictions.

Come ready to learn. This is fascinating stuff.

New! Retail Sales

Our clients know we're BIG on self-care between massages. Not only does it help support the effects of your massage, self-care may even help slow or prevent recurrence of the pain.

For the convenience of our clients, we now carry several self-care tools in our retail area.  Your therapist will make recommendations based off your individual needs as well as your lifestyle.
